Previously known as Pelifarmi Lounge, Pajasto’s Pelipaja is a work try-out program for young adults with a basic understanding of game development who want to sharpen their skills further. Based at Rantaperkiö Youth Center, Pelipaja offers an exciting opportunity to work in teams, developing real games. With guidance and feedback from an experienced game developer, you’ll dive deeper into game design, digital art, and programming. You also get to visit local studios to meet industry professionals. Running for 15 weeks, Pelipaja is offered twice a year—during the spring and autumn—while applications open in the summer and winter.
To join, applicants should have a basic knowledge of programming or game art, and prior experience in game development is recommended.
